It depends on the size and age of the property. We’ll give you a clear timescale with your quote, and most house rewires take a week or two.

It can drastically affect the quote, that’s for sure. Of course, it’s far easier for everyone if the property is vacant, but in some instances we can carry out an occupied rewire.

Yes. As an NICEIC Approved Contractor we self-certify work under Part P of the Building Regulations. You’ll receive an Electrical Installation Certificate, and Building Regulations compliance is notified for you.

Yes, all parts and labour are guaranteed for at least 12 months.
